Revision of REACH and CLP regulations

The Commission has published two Inception Impact Assessments (roadmaps) looking for stakeholder feedback, one on the revision of REACH and the other on CLP. The two roadmaps describe the issues that need to be solved, possible options on how to change the two pieces of legislation to solve the issues, and initial assessments of the potential impacts of such changes.

The deadline for comments on both roadmaps is 1 June 2021.
