REACh:

• Committees’ opinions on restricting Dechlorane Plus available

• A report is available for a group of brominated cycloalkanes, alcohols, phosphates, triazine triones, diphenyl ethers and diphenyl alkyls (flame retardant-related substances).

• New substance evaluation conclusion documents are now available for 1,3-dioxolane (EC 211-463-5, CAS 646-06-0) and 1,4-Benzenediamine, N,N'-mixed phenyl and tolyl derivatives (BENPAT) (EC 273-227-8, CAS 68953-84-4).

CLP:

• Iceland now accepts poison centre notifications through ECHA’s portal

• New intentions to harmonise classification and labelling: 8 molecules

IT-Tools:

• Over 600 new substances added to REACH Study Results

Board of Appeal:

• New Board of Appeal decision in a follow-up compliance check case

The Board of Appeal has dismissed the appeal in case A-004-2021.
