Have your say on draft SEAC PFAS opinion

We are inviting stakeholders to provide information on the draft opinion of our Committee for Socio-Economic Analysis (SEAC) on the proposed restriction of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). 

The consultation launches on 26 March 2026 and is open until 25 May 2026.

• Member States plan to evaluate 27 substances in 2026-2028
